Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The space Place is in our house, on top floor, renovated in 2023. It has large living room with diining table, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is equipped with all you need for a vacation (flat TV, air condition, dishwasher) but the best part of everything is large 25 sq meters roof terrace with amazing view on Kvarner bay, city of Opatija and Ucka mountain. Guest access Guests have their own entrance, large parking spot for cars (when guest arrive, gets door keys and remote control for entrance gate).
