The Villa's main living space is all on the first floor with the exception of the Master suite. There is Starlink wi-fi at the home and three TV's, Two in the bedrooms. The kitchen has amenities provided so that you can make meals or warm up your local take out. Enjoy the views and conversation on 2 upper decks and the patio on ground floor is great for outdoor dining. The house is in walking distance to a small beach. There is tennis/pickleball, pools, and a volleyball court in the neighborhood. There is a small hot tub in backyard. We provide a housekeeper once per month and a gardener.
