Guest access Guests have separate parking, entrance and access to the ground floor apartment with private deck. Other things to note We have a solar geasar with electric back up. For hot showers only turn on the hot water. it takes about 5 L of running water before the hot water arrives for the first shower. Then adjust with cold water as you wish. We have a French drain with a banana tree planted at the outlet which is the beneficiary of the waste water.. 🌴
