In the heart of the Historic Center (6 streets from the Zócalo), you will find a beautiful spacious room with a private bathroom. The space has high ceilings, is ventilated and illuminated and has no outside noise as its window faces the inside of the apartment. It has a work area, WIFI, a fan, blackout curtains, a closet with hangers, and a lockable door to maintain your privacy. You'll share common areas with us if we're in town, otherwise you could have the apartment all to yourself. The space APARTMENT: - The apartment is located 6 blocks from the Zócalo, in an old building from the 70s, on the second floor (no elevator). The apartment is spacious with a large private balcony; bright with large windows that will give you natural light all day. It is newly remodeled and the furniture is new, preserving a classic style, with original floors and forged steel windows. Fully equipped to feel at home (living room, dining room, kitchen, hall). ROOM: - The room offered is spacious with a full bathroom, private and connected to the bedroom; it also has a window overlooking the interior of the apartment, which will give you privacy and natural light. It has a comfortable queen size bed, cotton sheets, duvet and semi-firm pillows; pedestal fan, closet with wooden hangers, stool, blackout curtains and work area (desk, chair and night lamp); the room has a lockable door to maintain your privacy (it can be locked inside and outside). SHARED COMMON AREAS: - It has a beautiful external and private balcony overlooking a cobbled street (Smoking only on the balcony, never in internal and closed areas of the apartment). - Living room with large and comfortable armchairs. - Dining room with table for six people, with padded chairs. - Spacious and equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking. Free coffee and tea bags. - Laundry area integrated into the kitchen, with washer and dryer. Also, in this area you can find an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Guest access - Unique and private access to the room with bathroom. -Shared access with two other guests to the living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony. During your stay The host welcomes guests to the accommodation, so communication with the guest will always be maintained, either via instant messaging from the app or by WhatsApp. We are always available for whatever you need, feel free to ask what you need, we will do our best to serve you, we are very flexible. Other things to note BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: - Read the House Rules and Manual in detail to see if the accommodation meets your expectations. -The area is safe and quiet, however, during the day there is a lot of movement because it is in a shopping area, so you could find vehicular traffic and noise. -The building does not have parking; however, there are public parking lots 24 hours a couple of streets away.
