Everything is within walking distance, come and enjoy our large quiet house ideally located in the heart of Jugon les Lacs and its shops, 5 minutes walk from the lake and all its activities (nautical base, petanque, fishing...) for a stay with family or friends, 25 minutes drive from the beaches. Free internet and Wi-Fi. Large free parking in front of the house. 4 bedrooms, i.e. 10 beds and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra beds. Bed linen/towel package on request The space The house offers: - on the ground floor: a large fitted kitchen, a large table and a foosball table, a living room with a convertible corner sofa, a large screen TV, a veranda with its small summer living room, and a toilet. - on the 1st floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 X 190) and a second bedroom with 4 beds (2 bunk beds), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate double toilet. - on the 2nd floor: two bedrooms with double beds (140 X 190) Our house is non-smoking. Jugon les Lacs is a city of character located in the Breton lands, 25 minutes from the beaches. Quiet and relaxing place. The village 50 meters from the house with several shops and restaurants (bakery, supermarket, pizzeria, "gluten-free" creperie, a tobacco bar open year-round, a pub that organizes concerts on Saturday night, hotel restaurant...) and services (medical services, pharmacy, post office, bank...). The Jugon market takes place on Friday mornings. It is a village full of activities: a nautical base, a basketball and hand/football court as well as a petanque court, a playground for children, swimming pool and a mini-golf (open from May 1 to October) 900 meters from the accommodation. Possibility of beautiful hikes on foot or by bike (town classified as a mountain bike resort). A large lake where fishing is allowed and diversified (fishing house at the foot of the lake). Numerous activities are organized throughout the year by the city (festivals, concerts, parties, sporting events...).
