During the winter lake levels do lower but we have year round water access from the dock. Levels depend on amount of rainfall and output of the dam. King Bedroom #2- Upstairs on the second floor of the home, located next to a full bathroom, home office, and a loft for a quick workout if you choose. Queen Bedroom - Basement level attached to a full bathroom with spacious amount of room, and access to the lower level deck through French doors in the bedroom. Bunk Room (4 queens) - Custom built QUEEN over QUEEN bunks with stairs in between. NO LADDERS! These were built to ensure safety and sleeping for children along with ADULTS. Other things to note Please refer to your guidebook inside our home that lists all attractions with distances by boat and land. Once you leave our home and entered onto the water, cell signal is very spotty. So take pictures of the handbook. A NORRIS LAKE MAP is also provided. Please leave the laminated map prior to your departure. Hot tub cover lift will lock once it is opened up. Be sure to not force it close you must push the button on the cylinder to unlock.
