It rests alone atop an inconspicuous mesa—dubbed Knoll Hill—dotted with mulberry trees and giant eucalyptus. Just 20 minutes from LAX, it's an oasis for those seeking nature among the bustle of LA. The space The hill-top estate features a completely private, two-bed, two-bath luxury vacation unit with uniquely themed bedrooms embellished with vintage furniture and original art pieces retired from movie sets, fashion collections, and design installations. The unit includes a private full-kitchen and living room with dining nook, and a private enclosed patio with a gas grill, gas fire-pit, and vintage lounge furniture. The Unit (all completely private with private entry): 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds 2 full bathrooms (1 shower, 1 shower/bathtub) Full kitchen with high end appliances, including Viking range and SubZero refrigerator Living room with sofa bed Private outdoor patio with gas barbecue and gas fire-pit Washer/dryer in the unit * Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and bath towels, and the kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, cookware, olive oil, salt/pepper, utensils, dinnerware, cups and glassware, a French press and complimentarily Illy brand coffee, and aromatic candles. The Annex: The Superlove experience continues in a detached annex—separate from the main house—where guests have access to seven dining room experiences, each with its own unique ambiance, a full-sized kitchen, three lounges, and an outdoor performance space and stage. The Annex is a collaborative space in which performance art, music, and culinary experimentation are possible. *Please note, the Annex is a separate and shared space--all guests staying at our property have access. The Hill: Knoll Hill offers panoramic views of the Vincent Thomas Bridge, the Port of Los Angeles, the Pacific Ocean, and the San Gabriel Mountains. It is the perfect vantage point for sunrise and sunset viewings, and bird and wildlife watching, and is home to mulberry, palm, eucalyptus, and willow trees.
