The 60 m2 chalet is located on a 1 hectare plot facing a pond, with its preserved and privatized beach. The ideal place for a game of petanque or Molki, with friends, as a couple or with family. Completely refurbished and decorated with quality furniture and natural materials, this unusual accommodation has been designed with aesthetics and consistency with the environment in mind. The main living room (kitchen and living room) is very bright thanks to its bay windows opening to the outside that offer a view of the pond and the hills. If you open your eyes or take out your binoculars, you may see all kinds of small animals in their natural habitat. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer, induction stove). The ecolodge has 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm), one with an extra single bed (90 x 190 cm) and 1 with TV (TNT channels, possibility to add your Netflix and Prime account). In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub/shower. The toilet is separate. The plus? The hot tub heated by the heat pump (height 1m20) with a view of the pond. Disconnection guaranteed! The chalet is located within the path between Terre et Verre, which can be heard from Le Tréport to Incheville: passable by bike, foot or horseback. Visit the Nichoir du Marais, between Normandy and Baie de Somme, for a stay you won't forget. Guest access The path to access the chalet is made of gravel, beware of low cars. You will have private access to the entire estate: the eco-lodge, the Nordic bath, the pond. Other things to note The eco-lodge is close to several water points. If you are bringing children, it is recommended that you do not leave them unattended and provide life jackets. Molki, pétanque and binoculars will be available on site. Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided.
