The 60 m2 chalet is located on 1 hectare of land facing a pond, with its preserved and private beach. The perfect place for a game of pétanque or Molki, with friends, couples or family. Completely refurbished and decorated with quality furniture and natural materials, this unusual accommodation has been designed with a concern for aesthetics and consistency with the environment. The main living room (kitchen and living room) is very bright thanks to its bay windows open to the outside that offer a view of the pond and the hills. If you open your eyes wide or take out the binoculars, you may see all kinds of small animals in their natural habitat. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer, induction stove). The eco-lodge has 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200 cm), one with an additional single bed (90 x 190 cm) and 1 with TV (DTT channels, possibility to put your Netflix and Prime account). In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub/shower. The toilet is separate. The plus? The Nordic spa bath heated by heat pump (height 1.20 m) with view of the pond. Disconnection guaranteed! The cottage is located on the path between Terre and Verre, which runs from Le Tréport to Incheville: accessible by bike, on foot or on horseback. Meet at the Nichoir du Marais, between Normandy and Baie de Somme, for a stay you won't forget. Guest access The path to access the chalet is made of gravel, beware of low cars. You will have private access to the entire estate: the eco-lodge, the Nordic bath, the pond. Other things to note The eco-lodge is close to several water points. If you are bringing children, it is recommended that you do not leave them unattended and provide life jackets. Molki, pétanque and binoculars will be available on site. Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided.
