It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in the beautiful 'Les Jardins du Yacht Club' residence. Our apartment has 2 balconies, one for lunch with harbor views and the other for relaxing with garden views. As you enter the apartment you will find: - A large living-dining room bathed in light and overlooking a terrace allowing you to dine outside. The sitting area is equipped with a flat-screen connected TV. - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, 'Nespresso' coffee machine) including all dishes (for children too) and all necessary utensils (also for shellfish and cake/pie molds…). High chair and baby bib available. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) with a balcony overlooking the garden and a built-in dressing room. - A bedroom with 2 single beds with a built-in dressing room and a window to the outside without any facing. The 2 beds can be moved together if needed to make a double bed. Baby cot available. - Bathroom with bathtub and double sink (hair dryer and anti-slip mat available). - An independent laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. - Separate restrooms - Excellent Wi-Fi (Fiber) throughout the apartment - Free parking space in the basement - Everything you need for a baby (dishes, bib, high chair, toys, baby bed are available in the apartment). Other things to note The cleaning fee includes linens and towels.
