Located in the East Bay in between SF & Napa (less than an hour away). This is a Duplex house/with Downstairs unit. Private entrance & back door with side patio. The space Check in conveniently to a keypad using a code #### (to be given on the day before your arrival). This home was just recently renovated. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. washer & dryer is also available to use. Open floor plan for more modern living. Walkable to Bart Train. Kitchen utensils, pots & pans, silverware & glass & cups are available to use. Extra 1 folding bed/cot for 1 extra guest for $30 per day per request only. *Please note that this is a downstairs unit and if there the guests upstairs you may hear noises. It is impossible not to hear anything from upstairs. But we remind our guests to keep the noise level low and be courteous to your neighbor. There is a master bedroom with private bathroom. Note that there is no door towards the bathroom. It is intended for a couple that needs their own privacy. Just like in any regular master bedroom with bathroom attached to it. Smoking is prohibited! penalty of $500 will be imposed by air bnb when the house smells like smoke of any kind. Please empty your own garbages, plastic bags are provided under the sink. Recycle cans, bottles etc ♻ accordingly. Thank you for your kind cooperation. Guest access Free parking. Plenty of outdoor space Driveway & street parking only. Please note that parking/driveway is to be shared with other guests upstairs. If you have 2 vehicle you can park parallel to your other car. Please park in one side of the driveway. Be courteous to the other guests upstairs. Thank you for your cooperation. Other things to note This house is a Duplex. #23 is the unit downstairs. You have your own private entrance & back door. You'll have your patio area with own BBQ grill. Please be mindful if you have small children to please watch them closely. There are uneven pavements and slopes in the backyard & side yard. Please note that some furnitures & other materials in the house are not child proof. Strictly NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES! No Nuisance or any aggressive behavior. Quiet time is 9pm.
