Despite being a tiny house, you'll be surprised by the spaciousness it offers, enhanced by its thoughtful layout and tasteful decor. As you walk in, you're greeted by a comfortable couch, where you can snuggle up to watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix or play games, all while enjoying stunning views of the farm and the iconic Kurrajong tree. Cool off with the air conditioner or enjoy the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan during warmer days. The kitchen is a haven for those who love to cook. It is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, a 4-burner gas stovetop, an oven, a large fridge and freezer, and all the essentials you need to prepare a memorable meal. From morning coffee to late-night snacks, you have everything you need right at your fingertips. The bedroom features a queen bed and linens, ensuring a good night's sleep, while the ceiling fan helps maintain a comfortable temperature. Closet space with coat hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a full-body mirror are thoughtful additions for your convenience. The futon in the living space folds down to a double sized bed for those with extra guests. Linens and pillows are provided in the cupboard. The bathroom exudes modern simplicity, complete with a shower, flushing toilet, and all the necessary amenities including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and towels. The outdoor space is the home's crowning glory. An inviting deck outfitted with fairy lights, a BBQ, and an electric pizza oven extends the living space outside. Relax in the hammock during the day or gather around the fire pit at night, all while the sweet country air and dazzling stars overhead enhance the enchanting experience. There is a fire pit located next to the deck for your private use. We provide matches and firelighters but please BYO or collect your own firewood if you want a campfire. NOTE: We do not allow fires in fire season (over summer) to protect our farm, so please check with us first if you can have a campfire. Guest access As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the following areas of the tiny house: Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. Bathroom: Private bathroom with all the essentials for your convenience. Bedroom: A comfortable and restful bedroom for a good night's sleep. Balcony: A lovely balcony to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Fire Pit: Enjoy evenings by your private fire pit, perfect for stargazing and unwinding. Feel free to explore the rest of the property and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of La Paloma Farm. However, for your safety and the well-being of our animals, we kindly ask that you do not enter any paddocks with farm animals.
