Parking for 4 vehicles (3 in the Summer months). Street parking is prohibited year-round. 5. The Primary Bedroom closet is not for renter use, but there is an armoire available. 6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties.
