The accommodation is located in a detached house and consists of a living area on the first floor and a sleeping area on the second floor. It has a private garden in front of the entrance and a private parking area. On the ground floor there is a pied-à-terre, for private use, with independent access. The space FIRST FLOOR with balcony, consisting of: Living room, with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, bookcase where you can find a multitude of books and board games. Kitchen, equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, dishes, kitchen equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, dish/kitchen cleaning products. Bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink, towels and cleaning products included. SECOND FLOOR with balcony consisting of: Bedroom 1, with king size bed 180x200, bed linen included, king size wardrobe with only 2 doors available. Bedroom 2, with Queen Size bed 120x200, bed linen included, storage compartment, clothes hangers. Upstairs bathroom, with bathtub and shower rod, towels, cleaning products included. Guest access Private indoor parking and exclusive garden. Safe storage at the apartment of bicycles, skis, and various equipment.
