This quaint, peaceful home is the perfect place for both a nice laidback, peaceful break or an activity-packed weekend with the best Buffalo, NY has to offer! The space The home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood walking distance to the Erie Canalway Trail path. The space is private to you during your stay and includes 3 bedrooms(One Queen and two full size beds), one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and dining area, and outdoor patio. The neighborhood is more rural and easily accessible by car but has great views for walking and biking. Parking will be available on the premises. Other things to note With its location less than 30 minutes (drive) from both downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls, our little cottage is the ideal place for visiting more populated areas, while being able to come home to a peaceful and quiet environment. The Erie Canalway Trail (perfect for biking, walking, running, etc.) is located less than a mile from the property. The space is also located less than 15 minutes away (drive) from the North Campus of the University at Buffalo, making it a great spot for family and friends visiting UB students. There is also convenient locations for shopping, dining, and leisure activities all just a short drive away. In less than 10 minutes, you can be at a great golf course or a local brewery. Additional attractions within a reasonable driving distance include the Erie Canal and Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village museum.
