Unwind on the patio or open the door and windows to enjoy the cool ocean breeze! This home is located in an incredibly central location. Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, and Downtown San Diego are all under 15 minutes away. La Jolla is 20 minutes away, or drive 5 minutes and take a walk in gorgeous Mission Bay Park The space The private studio is a jr ADU attached to my home with no doors accessing the main part of the house. It has its own separate access walkway for maximum privacy. Prepare your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stove, oven, dishwasher, and full-sized fridge/freezer. Complementary coffee and tea are available for the duration of your stay. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry and dryer with complementary laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Other things to note There are security cameras on the exterior of the house on every side. Smoking is prohibited inside the studio, but you're welcome to smoke on your patio. Please, no illegal substances on site and no parties. The home is located in a residential area with plenty of free street parking. There are always open spots right next to the house at all times, day and night. My girlfriend and I live in the house on the second floor, so we're usually available if you need anything!
