Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. For over 40 years, the property has offered guests from near and far an excellent starting point to experience exciting and beautiful moments in the Bernese Oberland. In July 2023, we modernized the apartment and it is now ready for our future guests. This comfortable accommodation combines everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Bedroom: The apartment has 2 inviting bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds and lots of toys that are especially popular with children. Exterior: Outside you will find a private playground ideal for children, as well as a covered barbecue area where you can spend convivial barbecue evenings with family and friends. Kitchen and dining area: The fully equipped kitchen leaves almost nothing to be desired. Here you will find all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite dishes. The adjoining dining area with a large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals. For your comfort, a washing machine and dryer are available, so you can also wash laundry during your stay. Living room: The cozy living room with satellite TV invites you to relax. Here you can put your feet up after an exciting day and enjoy your favorite shows. Bathrooms: The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, so you can refresh or relax after a long day. There is even a second bathroom available. It is more suitable for children and people up to 175 cm. Additional amenities: - Electric car connection - A parking space right in front of the property, a second parking space is available for Fr 10./day available on request. Our apartment offers you the perfect retreat to explore the surrounding area or simply relax. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon! Guest access In addition, there is a children's playground (90 m²) and a common garden seating area (150 m²). Bicycles and skis/snowboards can be stored in the covered, lockable parking space. A charging station for your electric car is also available with separate billing (via the eCarUp application: CHF 0.40/kWh). The required QR code can be found in the apartment next to the TV. Other things to note You receive the TV signal via satellite and the Internet access offers you a modern connection speed (max 40 Mbps). Your nearest neighbors are some cows in the barn and cats in the yard. There are also other people living in the building. We ask for your consideration and compliance with the house rules. Next to the apartment is a farm. Emissions from agriculture must be expected. Especially during harvest and animal transport. Flight noise must also be expected (see occupancy planning for Meiringen Airport). The apartment is best reached by car. If you arrive by public transport, you can take a taxi from Brienz train station. Travel time is 5 minutes and costs about CHF 20.00 Or walk from Brienzwiler train station (10 min) to the property.
