Escape to the charming seaside town of West Kirby on the Wirral Peninsula with this beautifully presented 3-bedroom 5 person holiday home With 100 top rated reviews, our property offers an exceptional experience for families and small groups looking for a coastal getaway with easy access to nearby cities of Liverpool and Chester Inside the house you’ll find welcoming living spaces, tastefully decorated rooms, smart TVs, and a relaxed atmosphere ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring The space Newly decorated inside and out, Balcony house offers good sized rooms and private outside spaces, with ratten furniture for those sunny days. The house sleeps 5 adults if required. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is the largest bedroom with a bay window Bedroom 2 is at the rear of the house and again has a double bed. Bedroom 3 at the front of the house has a single bed All bedroom have wardrobes, side tables and storage. We change all of the beds, including pillows, bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases x4, and provide 2 various size towels per visitor when we have new guests. All floors are hoovered, bathrooms disinfected and kitchens are cleaned and polished between visits. Bathroom to the first floor has a hot and powerful shower over the bath and a shower screen to one side. Wash basin and toilet complete the bathroom plus an illuminated mirror. The front lounge has a two and three seeter settee and are brand new from Marks and Spencers, so really good quality for our guests. We have a large collection of DVDs for you to watch, or a smart TV that will find you most of the films that you want to see. The rear lounge has a three seeter couch, a 6 space dining table and chairs, and a feature fireplace. We have lots of books, plenty of board games and a huge box of lego to keep younger guest amused for hours. The dining area and kitchen are open plan so conversations can easily take place while you are cooking for the family or preparing drinks. We have plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, serving dishes, salad bowls etc. to keep you going, we even have a rolling pin.! We have free wi-fi with an excellent signal and this reaches all corners of the house as you’d expect. To the rear we have a single step down to a block paved rear ‘Yarden' with lots of flowery walls and out door furniture with cushions. For your stay we provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar, butter, various jams, red and brown sauce, salt and pepper, cooking oil, kitchen roll, cling film, baking sheets, freezer bags, tea towels, bin bags, hand wash, washing machine tabs, iron and ironing board and .....well, everything really. We also provide you with milk and crumpets or croissants for your first morning breakfast to save you going to the shops if you arrive late at night. We have an air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, single oven, kettle, toastie maker, and a cafetiere. Guest access Guests will have full private access to any part of the house and rear Yarden area for the duration of their stay. Parking is available on Orrysdale Road and is free of charge. Other things to note We really do have a fabulous place. When we decided to provide this kind of accommodation we said the feel of the place must be first class and comfortable to give a homely feeling to it. After considerable outlay, we believe we have done this, let us know what you think. We have wonderful reviews so far, and they have all been 5*. I often ask guests if we can do anything else to improve or other items to make their stay more comfortable, and we are told we have thought of everything. Yeah....!
