We are going on a world tour and would like to sublet our beautiful 4-room old building apartment on the 3rd floor in Bremerhaven Geestemünde from 03/01/2024 to 02/14/2025. We are willing to leave most of our furniture for you to use in the apartment. We would clear out our private belongings. The space Our old building apartment offers you a total of approx. 91 m² of living space, 4 rooms, a kitchen with gray fitted kitchen and built-in appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) as well as a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, window and towel radiator. The apartment was extensively renovated before we moved in in 2021 and equipped with new triple-glazed windows. In the spring of 2022, a balcony of about 9 m² overlooking the Atlantic Hotel Sail City was added. The balcony is ideal to end the day in the afternoon sun on warm days. The apartment also includes a basement room and an attic. We are willing to leave most of our furniture for you to use in the apartment. We would remove our personal belongings. Other things to note Our apartment is located in the Geestemünde district directly on the water tower. This extremely popular residential area is in the immediate vicinity of the main train station and the Weserdeich. Bremerhaven's landmarks, the "Havenwelten" as well as the city center with the main shopping street, the AWI Research Institute and the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences are located here. The cultural offer is characterized by the historic city theater and the "Alte Bürger". Kindergartens, schools, doctors and shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. Every Wednesday and Saturday, a weekly market with a wide range of offers takes place right outside the front door. The connection to the A27 motorway towards Bremen or Cuxhaven can be reached in a few minutes. Public transport is well developed in Bremerhaven, but most of it is also easily accessible by bicycle.
