On the entry level, guests will find our climate-controlled garage, which now serves as a gaming room with classic arcade games, two PS5s, and TV stations. Each sectional in the gaming room can be converted into a full-sized bed, making it perfect for larger groups or families. Additionally, we have 4 high-end trek bikes in the garage that guests can use to explore the Bentonville's famous bicycle trails. There are both dirt and paved bike trails, perfect for both beginners and advanced riders. This house is directly on Slaughter Pen trail. Also on the entry level is a bedroom with 2 twin-sized bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and a full bathroom. The second level is the main living space and features a huge modern open concept kitchen with a massive island, a farmhouse sink, and an 8-burner gas stove. There are also bar stools for 12 people. Off the kitchen is a half bathroom, and the dining table has a removeable top to convert it into a pool table.
