Belle Cottage Sassafras Village

Belle Cottage is located close to the village of Sassafras in the heart of The Villages precinct with everything it has to offer. A short drive finds you at the villages of Olinda and Mt Dandenong on one side and the renowned Proserpina Bakery on the other. The space Stylishly furnished, Belle has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a queen bed in the other. The lounge area has a sweet wood burner, perfect for the chilly Hills days! There is an antique dining table to enjoy a meal or chat with friends and bar stools at the kitchen bench - perfect for breakfast! There is a full kitchen with upright cooker, fridge, coffee pod machine and everything you need for your stay. A little balcony off the kitchen is perfect to take in the view of the trees, whilst enjoying your morning cuppa! The renovated bathroom has a shower over bath and views out to the forest. The outdoor fire pit area with seating is a great area to gather around and maybe roast a marshmallow or two! (Not to be used when fire restrictions are in effect). WiFi? Of course! TV? Yes! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay. Other things to note Access is via a slip road (known locally as Sassy Lane) which is one way, just enough space to reverse into the driveway so you can drive straight out when you leave. There are quite a few steps down from the car park to the house, and again when accessing the back yard from the house. Please note: there is a camera situated externally on the carport, which overlooks the driveway. Thank you.
