The space The property is inside a safe and secure access gated building with a private entrance. It accommodates from 1 to 4 people. BEDROOMS 1&2 - Spacious with queen beds, iron, ironing board, large closets, and air conditioners. BATHROOM - The shower is equipped with a water heater. Towels, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo are provided. KITCHEN - The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with: · Refrigerator · Microwave · Toaster · Four-burner electric stove · Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, and free coffee! · Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/eating utensils · Wine glasses and drinking glasses · Dining table for four. LIVING AREA - Large screen TV, free Wi-Fi, A/C, and sofa! LAUNDRY - A laundry area for all the guests staying in the building is equipped with a coin washer and dryer. Guest access The apartment is within a building that has eight other units. However, your apartment IS NOT shared with anyone else. You'll have access to the perimeter around your unit and the laundry. Any other areas are prohibited, and you cannot disturb your neighbors. Other things to note This listing is located in a downtown residential area, so some noise is expected. We provide free earplugs. The building is within a residential area starting to gentrify, so it is not the prettiest area of Downtown San Juan. However, the building is very safe, with good light and secured access. Also, it is centrally located, so Uber's are VERY cheap to all the main attractions and beaches.
