ENTIRE HOME RENTAL-USE OF TWO ROOMS-Not Shared Space. This cinder block home boasts original hardwoods that bring instant comfort and warmth. While on a main drag, traffic is no drag. Sounds beyond struggle to penetrate this fortress. Rest deeply and awake to a home flooded in natural light through large original windows. On chilly mornings enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee in front of the beautiful electric fireplace. The home's authentic beauty remains central. Enjoy snacks, comfy bed, 65" TVs. Guest access Take caution with the stairs in the back and to the basement. NOTE: the back door will lock automatically if the latch is not switched down to secure it as open. If for some reason you do get locked out, let us know so that we may assist. We are available 24 hours a day for such emergencies. We have received comments that a keyless entry would be nice. It is our intention to upgrade to such in the near future. Laundry is in the basement. There is also a functioning toilet, but no sink. This is not uncommon in homes of this period. Someday we do intend to build a full bathroom down there, but that is not today. There is some storage of personal items in the basement, we ask to remain private. The rest of the house is for you to enjoy.
