Accommodation Details: Bedrooms: 3 (6 beds, one king, one queen, two twin/single beds and a twin/ single size daybed with pull out trundle) Bathrooms: 3.5 Maximum Capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy two living rooms, a game room downstairs, and a private office equipped with a desk and chairs. The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, cups, cookware, and essential cooking supplies. The king bedroom features a balcony overlooking the beautiful green space and pool area, along with its own private full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom with a bathtub. There’s another full bathroom in the lower level, where you’ll find a daybed with a trundle (sleeps two), the office room, and a game table. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including both overnight guests and visitors. Please be aware that the Niagara-on-the-Lake noise bylaw is enforced 24/7. This means that at any time of day or night, guests cannot create excessive noise outside that may disturb the quiet neighborhood. This includes loud music, prolonged loud conversations, or yelling. Bringing extra guests or visitors without informing the hosts, as well as hosting loud parties, will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Property Maintenance: During your stay, our lawn and pool maintenance team may be working on the property. We also handle garbage and recycling collection every other Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Pool Information: The pool is open from the last week of June until Labor Day weekend in September. Enjoy full access to your private pool, which is not shared with others. Please note that the pool is chlorine-based and does not have a heater. Water temperature will vary based on the weather. The pool features shallow sides that gradually deepen toward the center. Please jump with caution! Our TVs are smart TVs or equipped with streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku. If you plan to watch sports events or games, please research how to stream live events on a smart TV before your trip, as you may need to purchase some subscriptions or apps. Drip style coffee maker.
