Guest access Guest has full access to entire condo as well as shared accessed to the pool, tennis court, beaches and gardens, beach lounge chairs & tables, workout room, and game room Other things to note This upscaled beachfront condo is perfect for couples! You can snorkel in the marine water park right off of our beach, catch excursions to Sting Ray City & sunset sails (dock at Rum Point), enjoy drinks and eats and bioluminescent bay tours right next door. A Rental Agreement must be completed, signed & returned, along with a copy of passport picture (required by Cayman Islands Dept of Tourism) to fully complete the booking. Please note that the required Cayman Tourism Tax is collected under "Community Fee" as it is calculated on only the nightly ROOM fee; ABB program charges it incorrectly in calculating it on not only the nightly room fee but also on cleaning fee, etc. This works in your favor as a slightly lower tax charge.
