A short distance from the Lac Chaumecon, this spacious renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the Morvan natural park, Burgundy. The detached house has been renovated and is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, with lots of privacy, fantastic views and from June to September with a large 7.32 m-3.66 m) above-ground swimming pool. The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy. The space Through the entrance you enter the large kitchen with authentic French tiled floor, 8-person dining table and wood stove. The living room is spacious 50 m2, and modernly furnished with a large corner sofa, loveseat and large wood stove. There is also a corner with a largre cinema screen with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney. It is possible to stream your own apps/TV services. From the living room you enter the (gravel) terrace in the garden through the patio doors. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have a 2-p bed and one of 2-1 p beds with good mattresses and wardrobes, a spacious hall and luxurious bathroom with floor- and towel heating, sink, toilet and (rain) shower with 300 L boiler capacity (8p) . There is also a changing table and two cots available. A fourth bedroom with French bed is located on the ground floor. The large garden surrounds the house, so there is a lot of privacy. The house is also set back from the road. In the garden you will find various fruit trees and shrubs (including apple, fig) and many colorful flower beds. There are several seating areas in the garden. There is a large dining table for dining al fresco, a barbecue and good sun loungers, with a view of the valley. Behind the hedge in the front garden, with lots of privacy, there is a large swimming pool (sun heated) from June - September of 7.32 m - 3.66m. Upper floor with 3 bedrooms and bathroom completely renovated in 2022/2023. Guest access Entire house, except 1 owner's private bedroom. The owner is not present during your stay. Other things to note You will receive all other important information about the house and surroundings shortly before your arrival. The house is heated downstairs with 2 wood stoves, and for support with electric radiators that can be adjusted to the temperature. Each bedroom has an individually temperature-controlled electric heating.
