Our home is a waterfront family retreat on Lake Champlain close to Middlebury, Burlington and Vergennes. This one of a kind, private home offers spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains. Hang out and grill on the back patio, relax by the pool and in the hot tub, or explore the waterfront and Lake Champlain. House Details Main Floor: The layout of the home is perfect for families and entertaining. The kitchen, dining and living room are an open floor plan with amazing views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. The main floor also includes two bedrooms (one king, one queen) with on-suite bathrooms. Second Floor: The second floor includes a master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All rooms have beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Third Floor: The third floor is perfect for kids. The floor includes five single beds and an attached bathroom.
