FAQ IS THERE A FEE FOR MY DOG? Yes, we ask that you add your pets to the reservation. The flat fee of $50. If you forget to add the pet, we will reach out to you for payment. EARLY CHECK-IN Arriving early? If you’re looking for just a couple of hours, contact us 24 hours before your check-in to see if our schedule will allow it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in will not be possible. LATE CHECK OUT Please contact us if you need a late checkout to see if our schedule can will allow it. Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker? No. Third part booking are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. HOUSE RULES FOR DOGS: House Rules for Dogs: 1. Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. 2. DOGS must be up-to-date with all shots, including flea and tick meds. 3. Please use provided dog blankets on furniture. 4. Leash your dog while outside to protect your dog and wildlife. (We do have deer, coyotes, skunks, racoons, rabbits and sometimes a neighbor’s dog.) 5. Please wipe off wet/muddy paws. We’ve provided towels and basket for used towels. 6. Pick up dog waste. Bag are provided and a covered waste bin on the back porch. Please pick up dog waste if you take your dog on the walking path. 8. We ask that your dog be house trained, calm, respecting the property and contents. In the event of an accident, we’ve provided cleaning supplies. 9. If you leave your dog unattended in the Cottage, please take your dog out before leaving. We ask that you do not leave your dog for the entire day. Guest access Enjoy the entire cottage with screened-in-porch, private fenced yard, and your own parking area. You and your pup will enjoy a designated path for a peaceful stroll any time of day.
