The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Guest access The guests have access to all of the amenities at the resort. The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies) Other things to note The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old.
