We have one parking space in the back. There is street parking in front (must obtain free overnight parking passes for 1-3 nights). Weekends and holidays are automatically free. Longer than 3 nights will require a paid city permit. 🅿️🌆 Other things to note CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: ▶ CHECKOUT at 11am ▶ Put all dirty DISHES in the dishwasher. ▶ Leave used TOWELS (bathtub/shower) in the bathrooms. ▶ No need to strip BEDS, just leave as is. ▶ SHUT/LOCK all windows & doors. ▶ Double check for personal items. ▶ Turn off all LIGHTS / FANS.
