Here, you can stay in your own small house directly by the water in Stockholm's archipelago and experience all the seasons of the year in scenic surroundings. Peaceful and quiet and undisturbed in nature and the archipelago. Open plan with equipped kitchen/living room, bedroom and sleeping loft and beautiful views of Resarö. Private terrace with seating, access to jetty for swimming all year round, WiFi and parking. Possibility to rent canoe and fishing rod. With your own car, you can drive to Stockholm in about 35 minutes. Good transportation by bus in about 45 minutes. The space The cottage is 35 square meters with a sleeping loft of about 15 square meters. The bedroom contains two single beds and in the sleeping loft there are two thick bed mattresses, duvets and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, stove with two burners and fully equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes for four people. Access to basic spices is available. Open-plan with living room with adjoining patio. Waterborne underfloor heating and air conditioning. In the bathroom there are towels, hand soap and toilet paper. A grocery store is 2 km from the cottage (payment by debit/credit card). By bus (or car) you can get to a larger grocery store - about 8 km from the cabin. Possibility to rent 2 single-speed bicycles. Bus stop is about 800 meters from the cottage where you can take the bus to Åkersberga and to the bus stop with connecting bus to Vaxholm (15 minutes) and Stockholm (a total of 45 minutes into Stockholm C). By car, you can easily get to Stockholm in about 35-40 minutes, Åkersberga in 20 minutes and Vaxholm in 20 minutes. From Vaxholm, archipelago boats regularly go out into the archipelago.
