JUST 5 MINS AWAY FROM HUNTER MOUNTAIN - 2hrs from NYC! The space This 2 bedroom home in the Trailhead Village townhouse community comfortably accommodates 6-9 people. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom in the center hallway. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds - Also a great work space. On the first floor, there is an air mattress available for 2 extra people, which fits perfectly in the living room. Sofa is super spacious for sleeping an additional person. The kitchen comes well equipped for entertaining with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and most importantly a dishwasher. Outside you can relax and enjoy firing up the gas grill on the deck. Full sized washer and dryer is located in the half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. There is wireless internet throughout the home, DVD player, spare HDMI cable, and a Roku TV pre-loaded with Netflix, Prime, HBO MAX, Showtime Anytime, & more. Sorry, no cable - but there are plenty of books and DVDs too!! Guest access Lockbox key access will be given after booking is confirmed. There is a large communal lawn, which you can access behind swing gate off the deck. Other things to note Back on AirBnB after living here full time for almost 3years. Freshly painted, and ready to welcome guests again! Dog friendly - - $100 fee will be applied. Water bowls, crate, dog bed, and gate will be provided. All linens and towels are provided - There are extra in the half bath. Hairdryer, Shampoo, hand & body soaps are also available. Summer Months: There is no A/C. General rule of thumb for keeping the home cool – Open windows at night, and keep all shut after 9am to trap in the cool air. There are fans available in every room as well. Please note that the community does not have a dumpster. Guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage and recycling at the county transfer station nearby, or take home.
