Other things to note The alley is ugly, but you have dedicated parking one street from Monument! The Fan neighborhood is beautiful and walkable! The apartment looks plain at the entrance but is beautiful & cozy inside, and in a great location for walking, dining, and all the museums, festivals, and races. Unfortunately, NO CATS. EV Charging: In Virginia the average cost to charge an EV is $10 (normal car) to $16 (large car), which is a cost not included in the rental. There are two EV charging stations within blocks: 2024 W Broad St (at Whole Foods) and 507 Stuart Circle. We are concerned about loads on our old historic home so not able to accommodate charging via the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not child proofed.
