River Ratisan-Patio Studio

Our River Ratisan Patio Studio attached to our main home has a private outdoor patio entrance and locked doors in the living room to separate from our home creating a private 1 bed, full bath and living room/kitchenette. The patio is a shared space with a 3 top outdoor bar height table to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset over the Susquehanna River. Our Riverview Apartment is located directly above this space. Love it or hate it, a train comes through several times a day and night. The space There is not a river view from the River Ratisan-Patio Studio. Attached to our home is this River Ratisan-Patio Studio as well as the Riverview Apartment Lancaster, PA River Ratisan. The apartment is located directly above the studio. Living noise can be heard from the other areas. Guest access Guests will be able to access the shared patio and the studio. During your stay We live in the main home and generally will be around to answer questions. Use the app chat to contact us if needed. Other things to note We have 2 dogs who live in our home and roam the property. You may be greeted by them and our grand pups at times also.
