Quietly located, with a 1000 m² garden, just 2 km from the beaches of Lancieux and close to Saint-Briac, Dinard and Saint-Malo. You will enjoy a large open kitchen, bright living room and 4 bedrooms. The house is full of life and games. Only condition: our 2 cats are to be fed during your stay. They are used to children and very nice The space Our spacious and friendly house is ideal for a family. It has 4 bedrooms: a 160×200 bed, a 140×200 bed, two 90×200 beds and a 70×160 cabin bed perfect for a child, as well as 2 bathrooms. Bright and well laid out, it also offers two terraces: one facing south to enjoy the sun during your family meals, the other to the north accessible from the kitchen/dining room which has garden furniture ideal for relaxing with a good coffee! The 1000 m² garden is a real playground for children: swing, trampoline, slide, mini-tractor… everything is there to have fun! This is our main residence, so a house full of life, with games, books for all ages! Our two independent cats just ask for a few kibbles every now and then. Two kibble dispensers are placed in the garage, you just need to make sure they are filled please. We go on a trip from April to August and are happy to entrust our house to vacationers who want to enjoy our beautiful region, with all the comforts of a main residence. Not being on-site, the house is managed by the San'Bloom concierge, guaranteeing quality service and on-site assistance if needed. ⚠️ Sheets are not included for stays of less than a week. If you wish, we can provide them for €10 per person per stay, to be paid via Airbnb as an additional fee. Simply let us know at the time of booking. Towels and small linens (tea towels, bath mats, etc.) are always included.
