Welcome to the Blue Door vacation home in the heart of Wellington P.E.C. Available for Short-term rentals only. Our home is close to everything you need for the perfect County getaway! Just a 5 min. walk to the Drake and other downtown Wellington attractions, close to wineries and 20 + minutes to the Sandbanks. Ideal for 2 couples or a small family. There are some great bike trails and lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. Includes a day pass to all Provincial Parks and beaches! The space We had fun renovating this to give it a beach house feel with a touch of mid century design, and some vintage and thrift finds. Guest access Guests have access to the full house and use of all amenities. Sheets and towels are provided. Please note that our back deck is currently under construction so we don't have pictures, however it will be available for use. Also note that the yard view from the back deck does not belong to us. It is our neighbor's yard so please refrain from using it. We are a licensed short-term rental in accordance with PEC regulations for short-term rentals. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We only rent for full weeks (6 nights) during the months of July and August. Thank you! Also, please note that a section of Main Street (Loyalist Parkway) Will be closed from January 13 for several months. Main Street is closed between Cleminson Street and the entrance to the Wellington water treatment plant by the LCBO. The main detour route around the closure is loyal List Parkway to Greer Rd., Danforth Road and Consecon Street, which is the road location of our home.
