Managed by Heavenly Hosts The space - Sleeps 4 - 2 king beds (one in each bedroom) + 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo - Full kitchen with regular coffee maker! (no dishwasher) - 4 TV's available; 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the the living room and 1 outside near hot tub - Washer/Dryer available - Board games for you to enjoy! - BBQ Grill available, please BYO Charcoal - Outdoor Fire Pit (firewood provided) - Hot tub! BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Guests have access to the entire rental and outdoor area. Other things to note - This property is suitable for children/infants. The rental sits close to the highway. Please be cautious and never leave your child unattended. - This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. - You are close to the highway, you will or could hear highway noise. please do not walk across highway. - No Dishwasher: dishwasher is not advertised on this listing since it's out of order. Owner is planning on removing it and replacing with another amenity in the future. Note: Rental is in the front of the property near entrance and homeowners live on the property further up from the rental up the hill. There is a good amount of distance between the rental and homeowners house. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
