With a large living room and outdoor patio this is the perfect hangout place before heading into town for whatever you have planned for the day! Wake up to a gorgeous view outside your windows, or sit on the back porch enjoying your morning coffee! Please consider my lovely home for your next vacation! The space Nacogdoches is The Oldest Town in Texas! It offers a wide variety of places to go and things to see for all ages! It is home to SFA, Splash Kingdom, Naca Valley Vineyard, the Famous Fredonia Hotel and Brewery. Lots of local parks and lakes for any of your outdoor activities. Downtown Nacogdoches is the prefect place to shop some unique antique stores and grab a bite to eat. Located near Windham's Yellow Rose Event Center. Most of all, Have fun exploring this charming town! Other things to note Pool Towels are NOT provided. Do Not use in house towels for pool/outside use. Charges may apply for any towels used/damaged from being outside. There are also plenty of outdoor plastic ware: Bowls, plates, cups and glasses, etc.… conveniently equipped in the kitchen for patio use! NO glass allowed outside. A Propane Grill and Utensils Are Available Upon Request. An Additional $50 fee will be required for use of the grill. NO PARTIES OR LOUD GET TOGETHERS ALLOWED. ONLY GUESTS ON RESERVATION ALLOWED- 8 GUESTS MAX. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Our home is NOT suitable for parties or loud/large get togethers with extra guests NOT your reservation. Be honest & transparent of intentions to avoid any cancellations/added fees or issues on your reservation. No guests other than guests on reservation allowed on the property. No visitors/family members/friends allowed in our home regardless of if they sleep over or not... NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED. There is no lifeguard on duty and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Children to be monitored at all times. No glass EVER allowed in the backyard. There are plastic plates, bowls, cups and glasses for drinks specifically to be used for the backyard use. Our home assumes NO responsibility for personal injuries occurred during the guest’s stay. By confirming booking, the guest and his /her guests acknowledges and agree that owner of the property/and co- hosts will not accept any liability for personal injuries. Breaking and disrespecting our house and rules will lead to immediate removal of your party with NO refund & possible fines.
