Guest access Entire Home and Property Other things to note Security & Safety For the safety of guests and the property, there is exterior security camera coverage on this property. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor any interior or private spaces. Cancellation Policy Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking — this cannot be changed or made exception to after booking. Guests have the option to purchase AirCover for guests (travel insurance) during checkout for added flexibility. We are unable to override or make exceptions to the booked cancellation policy under any circumstances. Guest Count & Pricing Pricing is dynamic and based on the number of guests selected at booking. If your booking did not reflect the correct number of guests, additional guests may be added after booking for a fee based on occupancy. This is standard practice across short-term rentals and is non-negotiable. Smoking This is a strictly NO SMOKING property — indoors, no exceptions. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in $500 additional cleaning fees. Early Check-In Early check-in may be available depending on turnover schedules. Requests must be made through the property link sent in your booking confirmation message — this is the only channel through which early check-in can be arranged. High Chairs & Playpens High chairs and playpens are not standard in-unit amenities and are only available upon request, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted through the same property link sent in your booking message. Guest Conduct We do not tolerate abusive behavior or language directed at hosts, co-hosts, or cleaning staff. This will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Location — Rural Annapolis Valley This property is located in the rural Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia — a working farming community, not a metropolitan area. While we do everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay, some things are simply part of rural life and outside our control, including insects, wildlife, and seasonal agricultural smells. Please book with this in mind. BBQ / Grill Use If the BBQ is used during your stay, please clean the grates before check-out. A grill brush is provided on-site (or: “near the BBQ”).
