At the foot of the house is the bronze statue "La Monstrua", which represents the painting by the painter Juan Carreño de Miranda, "La monsua vestida", exposed in the Prado museum. You will feel as if in a palace you are for the magic that surrounds it and its classic decoration fused with avant-garde elements. Central, elegant, spacious, 3 min walk from the train and bus station, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The space The house has four rooms and 6 beds in total. It has 4 bathrooms with shower and a toilet. GROUND FLOOR: Living room, distributor, dining room, room with two beds of 1.35m wide each with access to the bathroom. The bathroom can be accessed from the room and from the hallway. In this bathroom there is a shower and bathtub. On this same floor is the kitchen and the toilet. 1st FLOOR Room with two beds of 1.50 m wide each. Room with a 1.50 m wide bed. Room with a 1.80 m wide bed, with bathroom inside the room that contains a shower tray. Bathroom with a shower in the hallway. Living room with sofas Laundry (washing machine, dryer, mini awning, cleaning products,..) Bathroom with shower tray 3rd FLOOR Home of house keepers, therefore their entrance is prohibited. Guest access The house has access through the main entrance and through the courtyard, accessing the kitchen. The kitchen and patio is for the exclusive use of guests, but they can cross these stays with the keepers of the house. From the kitchen there is a narrow spiral staircase that goes up to the rooms upstairs and to the third floor, through which the guardians access their home. On the third floor it is forbidden to pass by living the guardians. They won't be able to access the rest of the house because guests have a latch or deadbolt on their side for their extra privacy. Other things to note The house is located on a pedestrian street, it can only be accessed by car before 12 noon for loading and unloading.
