The master bedroom features a king bed, a secondary bedroom has two twin day beds, each with a twin pull-out trundle bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All guests will share a clean bathroom, with a bathtub/shower combo. Spend time together in the cozy living room, prepare meals in the quaint kitchen, enjoy your mornings on the front porch, and evenings in the backyard - featuring a large outdoor picnic table, propane grill, and outdoor games! If you’re here for work rather than play, make use of the home-office space located in a secondary bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, both available to you during your stay. “House of Blues” is situated on a level lot with surrounding mature trees, making for a peaceful outdoor spot for you and your traveling companions, but not too far from grocery stores, shopping, trail walks, and dining. Four parking spots are available to you and your guests, and yes, the parking area can accommodate your trailer. Guest access Self check-in and check-out using a keypad. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - No smoking allowed inside the home. - No parties or events on premises. - No unregistered guests or pets allowed. - No illegal substances or activities allowed on premises. - No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. - Do not move furniture. - Park in the gravel parking pad only. - Respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between the hours of 9:00pm - 7:00am. - Respect the home and furnishings. Damages incurred beyond your security deposit will be charged to your credit card. - Follow all check-out instructions before you check-out. - Check-in and check-out on time. PLEASE NOTE: - Starter essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods, are provided upon your arrival. Supplies needed beyond what is provided can be purchased at one of the many supermarkets close by. - Fireplaces are not in operation. Do not attempt to open the fireplaces. - We do not recommend leaving your pets unattended. - We recommend keeping your pets leashed while outdoors. Surrounding neighbors also have family pets. - Spartanburg is known as the “Hub City”. Operational train tracks are located a few miles away. You may hear a train during your stay.
