Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults. The space We provide all linens/towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. You just have to bring your clothes! We will gladly share our bikes and bike trailer with you but we also have Rehoboth Beach parking pass that is available on a first come/first serve basis. Please note that this is a 2nd floor unit accessed from an exterior staircase that is not suitable for small children. Guest access Parking: The driveway is shared with the neighboring rear cottage. There is a dedicated marked parking space on the left side as you pull into the driveway. Please allow ample room for the neighbor to pull into and park on the right side of the driveway with enough space to be able to open her car doors. Entrance: Take the path at the end of the driveway to the stairwell at the rear of the house. Keyless entry: We use a keyless security lock for entrance to our unit. Your 4 digit code will be provided the day before your scheduled arrival. Enter your code to unlock the door. The “Schlage” light will turn green when you enter your code. Quickly turn the knob counter-clockwise to unlock the deadbolt. Note - the interior lock knob has to be in the horizontal position for the door to be locked. Other things to note Our guest suite is limited to 2 persons sharing a king sized bed. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa and is not suitable for sleeping due to the inability to clean it between guest stays. We are in residence in the main house most of the time. The guest suite is built over our master bedroom and laundry/mud room so please be mindful of noise after 10PM.
