Studio 13

Studio 13 is a private residence completely separated from our house. It is located amongst giant native trees in a family friendly neighbourhood. You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station. Guests are spoilt for choice at the broad range of local restaurants within walking distance. The studio is a comfortable two-bedroom studio each with their own en-suite and has a fully self-contained kitchen, bar table and lounge room. The space Studio 13 is a fully self-contained private residence separate from our house. We have an entire home water filtration system installed by Water Analytics. Guests have a designated car space located in a shared driveway. There is a funky monkey bar set up on our front verge, basketball hoop and mini golf course for guests to use. Items for infants/children must be pre-arranged, host can supply - cradle, porta cot, highchair, children's table and chair, plastic cups/bowls, box of toys. Guest access Guests have access to ample parking in our driveway and are to provide registration numbers of their vehicles on arrival. Other things to note We are a family friendly household and will not tolerate any parties, additional guests/visitors or cars that have not been pre arranged with the host.
