Plenty of books and movies, it's a great place to relax. There's a large yard, front and back, your own piece of nature. Have a campfire, grill out or just enjoy doing nothing. We use the garage for storage and equipment. There's parking for at least 5 cars in the driveway. There is some street parking but not during football games. PARTIES/EVENTS: PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED unless you have prior permission and an extra cleaning fee might be charged for excessive mess. Other things to note We live about 45 minutes away if something comes up that needs our attention. It's an older home, like with any house it has it's quirks and between the two of us we're pretty handy at fixing things, the faster we know about the situation the faster we can solve it. We do have security cameras pointing towards the outside, the entrances. This helps us keep an eye on the property for safety and let's us know when we've had a delivery.
