The space The guest/s will be staying in my flat that is a 1 bedroom flat 1+1. The room is a double bedroom with a double bed available plus an inflatable bed in the living room for a third guest if necessary. The room has a double bed, fresh linens, 1 mirror, mini chest of drawer and a wall wardrobe. You will have tea or coffee available. I will be accessible via phone mainly than physically and would be happy to guide you to activities and give you directions on getting about in London. Oval tube station is 5 bus stops away and Denmark Hill is 15 mins walk. Perfect location for commuters. The tube and buses can take you to the West End (Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, London Eye etc) and further afield. Camberwell is a lovely part of London with a market, two small parks nearby, cafes, restaurant and gyms. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire flat, 1 X bedroom and 1 X kitchen and 1 X living room as well as the bathroom. Other things to note Disclaimer: Hot water & shower The hot water works perfectly, but the shower setting is a little sensitive. It needs to be adjusted slowly to get the right temperature. Noise awareness Recently, it’s been reported that the neighbour has become a bit sensitive to noise. I ask all the guests to please be mindful during quiet hours, especially late at night and early morning, and avoid loud conversations or music.
