The space To enhance your stay, Sheldon Gold is equipped with a range of modern amenities. Enjoy the seating on the front porch, chill out in the lovely living room and enjoy a great meal in the dining room. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TVs, or pamper yourself in clean, modern bathrooms with toiletries and linens supplied. Additionally, you'll have access to a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Free off and on street parking available. Guest access While the two sides of the duplex share a large front porch, each side has it's own front door with secure electronic lock, and unique code for each reservation. We also provide a key to each unit's back door to offer easy access to off-street parking through the private backyards. Other things to note For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease is required and will be sent via email—we request you provide your email address upon booking. Pets may be allowed for stays of 30 nights or more with host approval, with a $200 fee per pet. We hope that you feel right at home at our rentals, even if you’re far from home.
