Ozark Overlook – Waterfront, Two Pools, and Tennis

Look no further than the Ozark Overlook for your perfect Lake of the Ozarks vacation. This waterfront condo sleeps up to 7 people and features gorgeous views of the main channel at mile marker 12. The complex offers access to two pools, a tennis court and clubhouse! Spend the day fishing off the community dock and enjoy the abundance of turtles swimming around the cove right from your balcony. Only TWO stairs into the condo. The space Need more room? The unit directly underneath is also managed by Ozark Shores so can sleep up to 13 guests. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with two barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a dining room table with seating for six. Living Room The living room features a large couch, recliners, and a flat screen TV. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. **Fireplace is not allowed to be used per HOA rules*** Master Suite The master suite features a king-size bed, nightstands, and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, night stands, flat screen TV, and a full size pull out bed. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features two twin size beds, a nightstand, and a small flat screen TV. Outside This condo features a beautiful balcony with gorgeous views of the main channel. There is a patio table and lounge chairs. This complex is famous for all the turtles that can be seen swimming around the cove from the balcony. ***There are 2 parking passes in the unit. Please display in car upon arrival. COMPLEX WILL TOW*** Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
