Bright, Beautiful Home with Salt Water Pool

There is only one place in the United States where you can swim with wild manatees and that is right here in the Spring Hill area.Come stay at Casa del Sol where you can go and meet these gentle giants. Our home is family friendly ready for your enjoyment. We are conveniently located close to hiking trails, beaches, fishing, boating, kayaking, amusement parks, state parks, shops...something for everyone. Come stay with us!! The space This home is perfectly balanced with a split floor plan. Master en suite on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other. They are separated by the great room. Laundry is just off the kitchen. There also is a cozy reading/coffee nook. There is office space in the master bedroom. Guest access All guests have full access to the home with the exception of the garage, walk-in closet within the master and the locked shed in the yard. Other things to note We recently switched to salt water in our pool as it uses less chemicals and is better for your clothes, hair, and skin. We keep our pool heated to between 85 and 90 degrees in the winter at no extra charge. We put in solar lights for nighttime swims.
