Air BNB is located in the upper unit of our upper/lower duplex. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen/dining area. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and closet with hangers. The living Rm features a sectional couch, a 65" Smart TV with complimentary prime video and capability to log into your Netflix or other accounts. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range, air fryer, pots, pans, dishes ect. Keurig & k-cups in kitchen. The space Just a friendly reminder that the Air BNB is in a upper unit, we have tenants that live below. Expect to possibly hear some day to day noises. The central air/heat (when on) from the lower unit does come up through the open vents in the upper unit. We have also provided fans, an A/C unit, and a space heater for extra comfort. We do NOT allow pets, smoking or vaping of any kind! Number of guests must accurately reflect the guests reservation. No unregistered guests allowed.The guest who booked the reservation needs to be the person staying. No 3rd party bookings. Other things to note We ask that only the person(s) registered be the only person(s) staying here. Please be sure when booking to accurately put in the number of guest staying to avoid additional guest fees. No 3rd party bookings!
