Guests are welcome to use the green garbage cans located on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property EXCEPT the garage. The entire driveway is yours to use and can fit about 4 cars. Please note there is a fire hydrant directly in front of the house — do not park there. Please also avoid parking directly in front of the neighboring home to the south. Street parking is available but we do prefer to limit that as much as possible out of respect for the neighbors. If you are planning on bringing a large vehicle PLEASE talk to your host first. We do not allow large RVs to be parked in the driveway. Other things to note Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
