Steps to the beach! The space If you plan to spend all your time on the beach, and only need the necessities indoors, then this is the property for you! Tiny House on Bolivar is a beachfront 275 square foot studio-style home with no private bedrooms. You cannot get closer to the beach than this! This tiny house has everything you need and nothing that you don't! There is a twin over full bunk bed in the main area and two twin beds in the upper loft. The house has one full bathroom indoors and an outdoor shower downstairs. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker, and Keurig coffee machine. There is no internet available, so you will need to bring a “hot spot” if Wifi is a must-have, but it's a great location for spending time together and disconnecting from the world. Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All of Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
